Job Responsibilities
·Full-process manufacturing operations for denture powder and denture plates, including detailed management of each stage (batching, mixing/kneading, forming, sintering, polishing, quality inspection, etc.).
·Precisely adjust manufacturing equipment and process parameters to ensure that powder characteristics (particle size, purity, fluidity, moisture content) and plate properties (flatness, density, strength, translucency, etc.) meet quality standards.
·Quickly identify and resolve technical issues arising during production, such as agglomeration, particle size inconsistency, plate deformation, cracks, and color deviation, to reduce defect rates.
·Record and maintain manufacturing data, process parameters, and quality inspection results; optimize formulations and processes to improve stability and production efficiency.
·Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning; strictly comply with safety production, 6S management, and quality control regulations.
·Collaborate with R&D and quality departments to support new product trials, spot-check inspections, and technical improvements.
Qualifications
·Educational background: Preference for candidates with degrees in inorganic non-metallic materials engineering, materials science and engineering, chemical engineering, dental materials science, ceramic craftsmanship, or related fields.
·Experience: Priority given to candidates with 8+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in denture powder, denture plates, zirconia powder, or dental ceramic materials, with deep familiarity with zirconia material manufacturing and processing.
·Technical capabilities: Understand the principles of denture powder and plate manufacturing processes; be familiar with product physicochemical performance indicators and inspection standards; capable of independently performing process operations and addressing basic technical issues.
·Personal attributes: Meticulous, detail-oriented, responsible, with strong hands-on skills and problem-solving abilities; possess the physical and mental stamina to adapt to factory work; able to maintain long-term stable employment.
·Additional: Strong team-player mindset; experience in the dental materials or zirconia industry is a plus.

職務内容
義歯用粉体・義歯用プレートの全工程にわたる製造工程オペレーション（調合・混練・成形・焼成・研磨・品質検査など、各工程の細部管理を含む）。
製造設備および工程パラメータの精密調整を行い、粉体の粒度・純度・流動性・含水率、プレートの平坦度・密度・強度・透光性等が品質基準を満たすよう管理。
製造工程で発生する塊・粒度不均一・プレート変形・割れ・色差等の技術的課題を迅速に特定・対応し、不良率を低減。
製造データ・工程パラメータ・品質検査結果の記録・保管、配合・工程の最適化による安定性と生産効率の向上。
設備の日常メンテナンス・清掃、安全生産・6S管理・品質管理規定の厳守。
研究開発・品質部門と連携し、新製品試作・抜取検査・技術改善等をサポート。
応募資格
学歴：無機非金属材料工学、材料科学工学、化学工学、歯科材料学、セラミック工芸等の関連専攻を優先。
経験：義歯用粉体・義歯用プレート・酸化ジルコニア粉体・歯科用セラミック材料の製造実務経験が8年以上あり、ジルコニア材料の製造・加工工程に精通している方を優先。
専門能力：義歯用粉体・プレートの製造工程原理を理解し、製品の物理化学的性能指標と検査基準を把握。独立して工程操作および簡単な技術トラブル対応が可能であること。
資質：真面目で几帳面、責任感が強く、実践的なスキルと問題分析能力を有し、工場勤務に適応できる体力と精神力を備え、安定した勤務が見込める方。
その他：チームワーク意識が高く、歯科材料業界・ジルコニア業界での従事経験がある方を優遇。
