Details

·Work on-site 2–3 days/week, 8 hours/day

·Record fixed-camera teaching sessions and performances based on scripts

·Interact with the camera naturally in spoken English

·Support lesson fine-tuning, re-recording, and voice-over as needed

·Participate in marketing shoots and offline events

 

Requirements

·Native English speaker with a North American (U.S./Canadian) accent preferred

·Bachelor's degree or above; top university background (Harvard, Yale, Oxford, Cambridge, etc.) a plus

·Experience teaching English to children, knowledge of primary-level language acquisition, and a valid TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification

·Strong on-camera presence, warm and natural; able to engage young learners; acting experience preferred

·Experience with video or live-streamed lessons preferred

·Able to deliver content consistently on schedule

·Lifetime authorization of the instructor's likeness, digital avatar, and voice is required

·All IP rights belong to the center; the center holds exclusive promotion rights (including likeness, digital avatar, and voice) for 3 years under a non-compete arrangement

 

Marketing Responsibilities (included in contracted hours)

·6 marketing shoots/year, 4–6 hours each, content agreed in advance (e.g., short videos, brand promos)

·Materials to be published across all social media platforms (Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Bilibili, WeChat Video, etc.)

·2 offline events/year (official livestream or brand event), 4–6 hours each

·3-year authorization for all channels (including e-commerce)

·If the instructor invites additional participants, they must assist in obtaining the same authorizations
