Job Responsibilities

·Technical management of the entire FO powder manufacturing process (process operations and parameter adjustments including batching, mixing, milling, spray drying, forming, sintering, etc.).

·Manage core quality indicators such as particle size, purity, fluidity, specific surface area, moisture content, etc., ensuring powder quality meets denture manufacturing standards.

·Rapidly identify and resolve technical abnormalities during manufacturing, including agglomeration, particle size inconsistency, composition deviation, and performance non-conformance.

·Record process data and parameters; optimize formulations and processes according to product requirements to improve yield rate and stability.

·Support new product development and pilot production; conduct technical adjustments and performance evaluations of FO powder to meet customer specifications.

·Perform routine technical maintenance of manufacturing equipment and tooling management; ensure compliance with quality standards, safety production, and 6S management.

·Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and sales departments to provide technical support and assist in pre-shipment quality verification.

Qualifications

·Practical experience: 8+ years

·Proficient in the manufacturing process of FO powder / zirconia powder, with a solid understanding of the physicochemical properties and production processes of powders. Possesses hands-on technical operation experience and strong practical skills.

·Candidates with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work stably in a long-term position are preferred. Those with a degree in materials engineering or prior experience in the zirconia industry will be given preference.
