·Worktime: Monday–Friday, 8:30–16:30 (1-hour lunch break)

·Lesson planning based on teaching materials and students’ English levels

·Promote professional and comprehensive learning

·Create an in-class environment to encourage English interaction among Chinese students

·Observe and evaluate each student’s behavior and learning needs; provide individualized instruction as needed

·Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administration; attend regular meetings, seminars, and training

·Max teaching hours: 21 class hours/week (weekends off)

·Class size: ≤ 40 students

·Class duration: 40–45 minutes

·Grade level: 1–3
