·Working Hours: Wednesday to Friday: 3:30 PM – 8:30 PM. Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM (includes a one-hour lunch break; specific schedules may vary slightly by campus).

·Small Class Sizes: Teach small, focused classes of 12 to 16 students for more

personalized attention.

·Collaborative Culture: Work alongside dedicated local Chinese teachers in a teamoriented setting that values shared teaching approaches and mutual support.

【Benefits】

·Base Salary: RMB 12,000 – 15,000 (determined by experience and qualifications).

·Monthly Performance Incentive: RMB 5,000 – 11,000 (based on teaching hours and student enrollment).

·Additional Bonuses: Earn performance-based bonuses of RMB 1,000 – 5,000 monthly (based on new and current student enrollment).

·Housing Support: Your choice of a fully provided apartment or a RMB 3,000 monthly housing allowance.

·Generous Paid Leave: 20 days of paid annual leave per year.

·Contract Completion Bonus: A RMB 5,000 bonus upon successful completion of your one-year contract (contingent on performance).

【Requirements】

·Native English speaker eligible for a Chinese Z class work visa.
