【Details】

·Up to 40 working hours (teaching + office)

· Responsible for English teaching in early childhood stage (ages 3–6), creating a lively and engaging classroom atmosphere to stimulate children's interest in learning.

· Design interactive teaching activities tailored to young children's learning characteristics, emphasizing gamified and situational teaching to develop their English thinking and expression skills. Work together with the local lead teacher to complete teaching plans, assist in classroom management, and ensure teaching effectiveness.

· Observe and document students' learning progress in a timely manner, provide regular feedback to the teaching team, and participate in parent-teacher communication. Actively engage in teaching research, teacher training, and various activities organized by the school.

【Requirements】

· Native English speaker from the UK, US, Australia, Canada with native-level English proficiency, standard pronunciation, and fluent expression.

·under 40 years of age

· Candidates with 2–3 years of kindergarten English teaching experience (international or local kindergartens) are preferred.

· Outgoing and confident personality, with strong classroom presence and expressiveness, able to actively engage young children.

· Good team player, able to work closely with the Chinese teaching team and adapt to collaborative teaching environments.

· Passionate about education, patient, and responsible.

· Holders of TEFL, TESOL, or other relevant English teaching qualifications are preferred.
