【Details】

·Working Hours: up to 32 hours per week comprising weekday office collaboration, lesson refinement, online instruction, and offline activities.

·Core schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 14:00–20:00; weekends 12 hours (Saturday–Sunday).

·Initial 6-month flexibility: self-managed scheduling within the 32-hour quota; excess hours compensated at hourly rate.

·Reading (40%): Design courses, drive engagement, lead discussions, curate booklists.

·Speaking (30%): Develop live online classes, co-teach with Chinese staff, iterate content, lead study tours (paid separately).

·R&D (20%): Build literacy curriculum, adapt materials, optimize teaching pathways.

·Other (10%): Public classes & brand content creation.

【Requirements】

·Native English speaker (US/UK only)

·Bachelor's degree or above; Education, Linguistics, or Literature preferred

·Minimum 3 years teaching or curriculum development experience

·Experience with preschool or early elementary grades (Grades 1–2, ages 6–8)

·Cross-cultural collaboration skills; daily Chinese communication a plus

Preferred:

·TESOL / CELTA / DELTA / education-related certifications

·Reading program or PBL (Project-Based Learning) teaching experience

·Prior teaching experience in China, familiar with Chinese culture and management models
