University English Teacher Position in Dalian

The school provides a tiered salary structure, starting from Bachelor's degree holders up to Professors, with a 12-month salary cycle. Staff members who have been employed at the school for five consecutive years will be eligible to receive a 13th month of salary annually, commencing in the sixth year of their tenure.

Workload:

·For Bachelor and Master degree holder: 12 class hours per week

·For Doctoral degree holder and Professors: 10 class hours per week

(Additional hours will be compensated at a rate calculated separately, in accordance with the Academic Affairs Office's standards.)

Benefits:

·Free on-campus housing is provided. (For those living off-campus, a housing allowance of 1500 RMB per month will be granted.)

·A round-trip ticket to the nearest city by straight-line distance will be provided after the completion of a one-year contract.

·Hospitalization and accident insurance coverage is included.
