Our Kindergarten follows the IB-PYP curriculum, which applies an inquiry-based approach to student learning and places a strong emphasis on exploring units in  greater depth through student-posed questions and interests.  We are looking for nursery(2-3-year-olds) preschool(3-4-year-olds), pre-K(4-5-year-olds) and Kindergarten(5-6-year-olds) Homeroom Teachers who will lead the students to explore the world and developing inquiring, knowledgeable, confident, and caring young people.


Monthly salary: USD2,000~USD4,000

I. Responsibilities Include:

● Creating lesson plans that incorporates Circle time, P.E ,English lessons as well as UOI related classes and any other hands on tasks and crafts.

● Prepare and plan learning resources and materials for your class for the following school week.

● Collaborate with fellow Foreign Kindergarten teachers within your level on a weekly basis.

● Establish a sound relationship with a Chinese co-Teacher and Teaching Assistant in order to teach collaboratively.

● Conduct morning exercises with students everyday.

● Monitor and supervise students during outdoor or playtime activities.

● Assist co-teacher and teaching assistant during student’s lunchtime or snack time.

● Prepare, plan and participate in various schools’ events (Annual stage performance, sports day, open day, parent teacher conference, Halloween, world book day, etc.).

● Encourage and support student throughout the learning process and maintaining a positive classroom environment through sound classroom management.

● Evaluate students’ progress and report on progress through weekly comments and semester report cards.

● Attend staff meetings, level meetings as well as parent meetings as required.


II.  Requirement:

● Native English speaker

● Must currently be in China

● Education: Bachelor's degree

● Major: Early Childhood Education or Foundation Phase Education

● Required Certificates: Valid teaching credential & license, TESL or TEFL Certificate

● Teaching Experience: Prefer candidates to have at least two years teaching experience

● Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills

● Early Childhood and Foundation Phase Qualified teachers are preferred

● Kind, caring, collaborative and professional teachers need apply

● Be able to obtain a Chinese working visa and work permit (Age limit for hiring in China is 58)
