Main responsibilities

l- guide all aspects of the customer relationship work, so as to maximize the satisfaction for current and future guests.

l- around the theme: corporate culture gratitude, tolerance, harmony, beyond the enhance the brand value of hotels and the enterprise culture idea.

● Main Duties -(main duties of the job)

l- supervision department staff to ensure that the guest is always courteous reception and sufficient attention and receiving attention, thus realize the maximum guest satisfaction

l- supervise all frontline staff to ensure that members always got all the breaks, and regular customers and other guests also receive special attention

l- before the arrival of the guests (VIP) inspection on VIP rooms

l- personally greet guests

l- contact with other department and the necessary outside contractors to ensure provide high quality service

l -the guest history file of the front desk system maintenance, the implementation of supervision to promote the hotel sales and improve the internal facilities shall exercise the following functions, including but not limited to:

  - Send welcome letters to members and regular customers

  - Development membership

  - Respond to special requests from guests

l- development and application of guest telephone systems, telephone call

l -handle guest complaints, if necessary, to be submitted to the relevant departments, and to follow up the corrective action

l- to write the cost of customer relations group, analysis and control

l- plan and will attend and VIP cocktail party on a regular basis and social activities, so as to further improve the quality of service

l - check guest list, check to the guest
