【Details】

·Work Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

·Lesson Planning: Plan lessons based on provided teaching materials and students’ English proficiency levels.

·Teaching Approach: Promote learning in a professional and comprehensive manner.

·Classroom Environment: Create an environment that encourages English interaction among Chinese students in the class.

·Student Assessment: Observe and evaluate each student’s behavior and educational needs; collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administration; and participate in regular meetings, seminars, and training.

·Class Size: No more than 30 students.

·Class Duration: 30-40 minutes per session.

·Student Age: 3-6 years old.
