【Requirements】
·The Human Resources Manager will be the cornerstone of our people operations in Turkiye.
·You will be responsible for establishing the entire HR function, from recruitment and onboarding to compensation, employee relations, and performance management.
·The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the local management, ensuring our HR practices are both locally compliant and aligned with our Group's global standards and values.
·Fluency in Turkish and English is essential (Mandarin Chinese language skills are a strong plus), and an understanding of Chinese business culture is a significant advantage.
