Other Benefits

·Health Insurance: provide health insurance up to RMB 40,000 per school year for international head of primary during the period of employment. The amount could be used for his/her and family members’ insurance. He/she could choose detailed insurance plan based on insurance brochure.

·Flight Reimbursement: School will provide airfare reimbursement with a maximum amount of RMB 30,000 per school year to international head of primary and the accompanied dependent during the employment.

·Housing Allowance: School will provide free on-campus accommodation, with only rent included, any other costs arise such as utilities, services charge should be bear by employee. The charging standard is implemented in accordance with the unified price standard announced by school.

·Education Allowance for Dependents: If the children (maximum 2 children) of Head of Primary opt to attend school as students and are admitted by school, school will waive the application fee and tuition fees for the then school year. However, the school uniform fee, the meal fee and other miscellaneous expenses shall be borne by employee.

·Relocation Reimbursement: School will provide RMB 2,000 yuan as relocation reimbursement.

·Free meals: The School provides free working meals during working days.

 

Requirements

·Master’s degree or above in Education or a related field.

·Valid teaching qualification or certification.

·Proven leadership experience in a primary or international school setting.

·Minimum of 10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a similar

leadership role.

·Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., IB PYP, British, or American).

·Experience in curriculum development, teacher mentoring, and team management 

·Technologically savvy with experience using educational platforms and tools.

·Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·Passion for global education and the school’s mission and values.
