·Manage library resources efficiently and effectively.

·Promote reading and organization a variety of reading-related activities and programs.

·Support teaching through collaboration with academic staff and integration of library resources.

·Maintain and improve the library environment to ensure it is welcoming and conducive to learning.

·Facilitate communication and cooperation between the school and parents regarding library-related matters.
