- Working hours：40 hours/week；

- Salary: starts from 14k, negotiable according to Nationality and teaching backgrounds; plus 2000rmb accommodation allowance, paid winter and summer holidays, airfare 9000rmb/year.

**Key Responsibilities: **

- Teach English to young learners aged 3 to 16, following our interactive curriculum and teaching methods.

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the varying English levels of students.

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.

- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, tests, and assignments, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ongoing training and development programs.

**Requirements: **

- Bachelor's degree

- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification preferred.

- Experience teaching English to young learners is an advantage.

- Passion for teaching and working with children.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
