• Job Title ：EY Lead Teacher

Responsibility

• Follow the school Display Policy, create an interesting and lively classroom which promotes independent learning and a sense of wonder.

• Collaborate with EY staff in establishing and developing effective pupil assessment procedures. Keep appropriate records of achievement for each child in class and provide reports as necessary.

• Build positive links between yourself and parents of children in your care.

• Coordinating parent meetings where appropriate to review children’s progress

• Guide, motivate and monitor classroom helpers in carrying out their tasks.

• Participate in all collaborative planning meetings.

• Actively participate in school activities and professional development programmes.

• Ensure understanding and compliance with school’s policies and procedures

• Remain up to date with subject developments and continued learning.

• Adhere to all school health and safety policies, particularly Child Protection.

• Anything else that is reasonably required by school co-coordinator, Vice principal or Principal..

• Other section of school specific

• Write children’s academic reports every semester

• Ensure appropriate resourcing for each academic year

• Understanding of Child Protection issues regarding to EY and Intimate Care Procedures.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker(necessary)

• Bachelors’ degree(necessary)

• Qualified teacher status(necessary)

• EY training experience(preferred)

• IB（PYP）experience (desirable)

• 2 years or more teaching experience in British or International schools(preferred)

• Clean National Criminal Record check.(necessary)
