其实这种问题比较常见，一般情况下是需要将这个问题从两方面来看，中国的工作签证分为A类（外国高端人才），B类（外国专业人才）和C类（外国普通人员）三种，其中B类签证需要有两年及以上的相关工作经历，如果申请人申请的是B类签证，这个工作经验的要求就必须是全职的，且不能和上学的时间重合上，也就是说申请B类签证，那工作经历是实习或者是兼职就是不可以的。

第二种情况就是如果申请人申请的是C类签证，为优秀应届毕业生的话，这种情况是没有工作经验要求的，申请人的履历如果有实习或者是兼职的经验那是可以进行体现的。所以并不是工作经历是兼职或者实习就不可以，而是需要分签证类型来看。
